Description
Before I start drawing a bunch of dark characters again, have a cute little fairy to balance it out. I slightly tweaked some aspects of her design, and by some, it’s literally just one or two things ^^’

First off, I gave her ribbons to hold her braids instead of the belled scrunchies that she had. The bells are definitely still an important part of her design but she had too many for my liking and it was annoying to draw them all. Also, her wings are a bit more detailed too. I like to imagine them as being split into three parts that make each wing. It’s useful for drawing them.

Maybe I went too crazy with the colouring and lighting for this one, but I love the idea of glowy looking fairies. It makes them look more mysterious and magical, and I also like colouring fairies (the one fairy I have) with a kind of summer morning lighting style.

I’ve also decided that I want the fairies in my character’s world to be pretty old. I’m not sure how old exactly, though probably not as old as vampires, but still more than a human lifespan, and I want their to be a catch to the ‘aging rule’ but I haven’t thought that far yet.
