Description

The current lineup for my Superteam, SAVIOR. thought I'd give you all a brief rundown on the team in a single place, go over a brief discription of them and their abilities.

Amped - An engineer before the Mar'Shinn invasion. Amped managed to reverse engineer one of their power suits and improve upon it during the war. Now he uses an upgraded version of the suit to be a hero.

Lady Bug - When she was in college Lady Bug's boyfriend became terminally ill. Unable to do anything she turned to the Apex Foundation, they used their treatment to save her boyfriend, and even gave her the treatment as well. Gifted with superhuman agility and reflexes Lady Bug is one of the veteran members of the team.

The Beetle - While in college The Beetle became terminally ill. Unbeknownst to him, his girlfriend petitioned the Apex Foundation to save his life. The Foundation saved him by giving him the treatment that grants superhuman abilities. In The Beetle's case he was given superhuman strength and durability. He and Lady Bug have been heroes since 2002, and are veteran members of the old SAVIOR team.

Jackson Steel - A former superhero from the 80s and 90s, Jackson Steel is the current director of the Super Crimes Bureau. Though he has retired from fieldwork himself, he is responsible for reforming SAVIOR under his supervision. Jackson was given enhanced strength, speed, and durability from the Apex Foundation back during his hero days.

The Guardian - A victim of a tragedy, his story made headlines and caught the attention of the Apex Foundation. He was implanted with a gravity drive and given the treatment in an attempt to save his life and allow him to walk again. The treatment worked better than hoped; granting him superhuman strength, durability, and a near regenerative healing factor. Not only that, but the gravity drive implant gave him flight and localized gravity control.

The Blur - A former athlete turned superhero. When he started to notice he was getting slower and in danger of losing his contracts the Blur actually bought his powers through the Underground, a shady neutral entity that operates in the shadows. When he got caught he pivoted careers. Over the past decade The Blur went from a selfish glory seeker, to one of the most respected superheroes alive. The Blur was a member of SAVIOR before it was disbanded and one of Jackson Steels first recruits for the new team.

Apex II - The daughter of two founding members of SAVIOR and the Apex Foundation, Apex and La Diabla. Originally known as Alpha Girl she was born with both her father's superhuman physiology and her mothers pyrokinetic abilities. After her parents' deaths she took up her father's mantle as well as his position as head of the Apex Foundation.

The Angler - The latest to hold the moniker in a legacy that goes back to 1966. Each Angler chooses a protege that they train to one day replace them. However the newest Angler did not get to finish her training under her mentor and was forced to look elsewhere for training. Though they do not have any actual powers the Angler operation has become very sophisticated over the decades. In fact it was an earlier Angler that helped to establish the Underground as a way to provide those in the super community with resources without the need to go through official channels or generate a paper trail.
