Description Done on TA Paint BBS, then touched up via photoshop 7. Thank you PS7. I bow to you... *hesitates*

I am back with home net. But mum's the word *shot*

Athena (in the bg), and Komachi, the hedgie in front, our out to kick butt- or maybe compete with who can kick the most butts. Hell, maybe they'll kick each other's ¬_¬;

Anyway, I did this on TA and =mirina-fox asked if I was going to put it up. At first I thought 'yeah right.', but then I thought why not.

Sorry I'm so drastically hugely late *_*

I love the poses and expressions in this, they really jump out to me and they're very expressive, to me. And the colouring is nice, the soft style works pretty well with all the bright colours. The background is nice too, and the characters don't blend in so much it's hard to see who's who, good work on that XD Great job!

Don't worry. We get tied up in the hecticness of RL. Well, I do... lately. How different I was last year XD

Glad you like this. Wanted to go more for something expressive. Cos people are always like 'Euw! Pretty colours, pretty colours!!!1!!1 lol!1' and I'm like... -_-;... I tried @ other stuff besides colours.

It was a fun piece to do. Not my best ever, but fun nonetheless. Sometimes piccies are good for therapy... or something XD. Guess here I wanted attitude and a sorta chaos what with the flowy fire, expressions and poses of the girls e.t.c

Fantastic work, Kate. A superbly done picture which oozes atmosphere. Both girls look deadly, and their expressions only help to play this up!

Their outfits are particularly nice, too, and suit the characters well. For some reason when I look at Athena I get a Resident Evil kind of vibe. The fire is beautifully done and the effect is extraordinary, it really makes it feel as if I'm there, in the heat of the blaze. It also goes to show how deadly our femme fatales are!

Glad you noted the expressions and such, and I'm glad it came across as deadly. Expressions, to me, are perhaps one of the most vital things of a pic. Well, for me it's an incentive to finish a pic. Otherwise it ain't going nowhere for sure!

That is actually an interesting observation, what with Athena having that 'Resident evil' kinda outfit. I think I must have subconsiously drawn it like that. Well, I DID like the outfits on RE XD. Simple, but sophisticated at the same time and hopefully, 'meaning business' as such.

Glad the atmosphere with the fire works out as well.

Oh well i am really glad you put this up.... The only thing I have a little issue with is Komachi's Shadows But I won't rag on that *-* <3 Since as a Whole this Image is so kick ass and better than what i could achieve...
