I figured you used "Blackest Night" as inspiration. Β My first reaction to this was "For the love of- Stop giving him that damned ring! Β That's the last thing we need!" Β Then I noticed that he wasn't wearing it and I felt silly

but you're right, it could be inspired by it but it wasn't - In truth, I don't like that ring stuff either.... I just like orange/yellow glowing like his eyes in the video game
