My mates' fursona Aiyaka, a three tailed Fennecsune (basically a kitsune) enjoying some cherry blossoms in the backyard of her Store. This is a gift drawing for her, even though its very, VERY late. ^^' But thats the thing with drawing, when you dont feel like it, you shouldnt do it. When you do, you totally should. At least that is how it is for me.I have no idea how many hours went into this, probably around 20 as I stopped working on it and resumed like 5 times or so.

So pretty! I like how the skin color matches the tail, so it gives the impression that she's covered in fur. Or something like that. Other than that, the expression is really heartwarming, and the background is really neat! Great work!

Ich kann so oft auf den Charakter schauen, ich finde nichts woran ich was auszusetzen hätte : )
Es ist wirklich schön geworden, ich denke du kannst stolz darauf sein ^^.
Ich habe nur 2 Fragen:
1. Welche Tageszeit herrscht gerade auf dem Bild? Ich bin da ein wenig verwirrt... .
Da die Lampen an sind, würde ich sagen, dass es Nacht wäre. Aber der Garten im Hintergrund wird auch sehr hell beleuchtet. Da ich sonst keine anderen Lichtquellen sehe, würde ich sagen, dass es doch Tag wäre. Aber am Tag würde man kaum eine Lampe an machen ^^.
2. Was sind das für lila-farbene Flecken im Hintergrund? Blumen sind es nicht, für Wolken sind sie zu massiv und für eine Flüssigkeit sind sie zu matt.
Was mir persönlich etwas fehlt (aber das ist nur meine Meinung) sind ein paar Lichtreflexe auf den Haaren. Außerdem wirft der Balken im Hintergrund einen etwas merkwürdigen Schatten, da dieser zu stark nach links zeigt. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten in meinen Augen. Ansonsten ist das Bild sehr detailliert und sonst auch sauber umgesetzt.

Es soll abend sein. Ursprünglich war Nacht geplant, aber das blau sah schlecht aus.
Es sollten mysteriöse blumen sein, aber ich werde das wohl nochmal überarbeiten, weil es megahässlich aussieht, in meinen Augen.
Der Schatten im Hintergrund ist völlig OK, aber das mit den Haaren werd ich berücksichtigen. ^^

Es muss ja nicht immer blau sein. Es reicht auch, wenn es einfach dunkler ist.
Naja... von weitem betrachtet, könnte man es für Blumen halten. Aber bei näherer Betrachtung könnte es alles sein, nur keine Blumen ^^.
Ahso... wenn die Lampe am Balken hängt, dann passt es wieder. Es sah für mich so aus, als würde die Lampe an der Wand hängen ; )

Did I mention you were good at drawing feet? Seriously, you seem to be better at drawing feet than at drawing faces! Hands too.
It'd be really sweet if you made a tutorial sometime.

I dont think I am at a point where I should be making tutorials. there are a lot of tutorials out there that are already very good and I dont think I could add a lot to them, especcially since my drawing style is more based on correcting bad looking things instead of drawing the proper lines at the first try. In other words, what you see is usually like the 5th attempt for a lineart and it has been drawn and deleted a few times before. Which makes for a rather bad tutorial baseline if you ask me.
What I am trying to say is that I draw very basic shapes at first and then delete some, add more details, correct the shapes, make pauses inbetween to "refresh" my ability to spot mistakes and then repeat the process until I no more feel the need to improve a particular detail.

I like the color and the hues of where you placed. It fits really well with darker base colors she has on her dress hair and skin. The Olive skin, maroon dress, and brown hair go well with the sakura flowered background and brown trim on the walls.
(The collar is really cute too)
I especially like it how you added footprints to the sandals as they are worn, most manga style artist would over look that for the same of speed, but you spent more time on quality which is nice. Overall i really love it

thanks ^^ yeah I personally prefer to add a little detail here and there, even though i am still struggling with backgrounds as they tended to take up more time than the actual character in the past, but i am trying to get quicker at making them. I'm glad you liked the colour selection!
