i finally got off my lazy hind and did something productive art-wise. this was originally a simple sketched request for , but since i prefer to have fully completed drawings in my gallery than simple sketches, i decided to complete it. (you can still view the original sketch here: fav.me/d6kt6xy )
over the time i haven't been active here on DeviantART, i had obtained a new art program called inkscape. unfortunatley, after using it, i got frustrated with its interface and confusing methods of how i would normally use a brush or an eraser, i had to transfer a vectored outline to gimp. that didn't go well. in consequence, the prefered smooth outline of the drawing is now a gritty mess. but it is a first time, so i can't be too angry with the programs.
anyhow, this was also a sort of practice for my "photoshopping" skills, and i can't really say i did too well, but i have to be satisfied with the outcome due to all the unnecessary time this piece consumed. something like 7 hours total. (learning to do outlines, shading, etc. )
anyways, time to start drawing more wizard101!~

Second of all, this is just spontaneous~ Just look at that shading! 
Third of all, did you do this with a mouse? I think so, but I'm just guessing the banana way

chur so very welcome!! i had originally wanted to digitally edit your request from the beginning, but i prolly never would have submitted as soon as i did with the sketch. (i honestly didn't want to take any longer in submission.) i'm so glad you like it!..~
the shading was a huuuuuuuuuuuge pain due to the size of the image, and the outlining becoming gritty after the transfer of programs. but in the end, i think it came out alright for a first time use of inkscape.
and no, i did not use a mouse (only at some parts, but hardly no), i use a bamboo brand tablet. although, you prolly asked because the effects and shading are messy. i apologize for the laziness. but still, chu ish very welcomes!!

I just got confused because your Hatsune Miku doodle looked like a tablet doodle when it actually was a mouse doodle, so I was like "is this done with a mouse?" without any thinking xD
(btw, you're legit when it comes to using mouses *o*)
