his hair is awesome . and the clothes also . the hair and tail looks like not finished colored . but good beginning o;
hes very multi-colored but it looks okay on him. skin and face coloring is simple . thats good because when the hair is so colorful and the skin, too . That would look creepy x:

I only can give you some tips.
if you dont use so gaudy colors it would be look not so childish . and it acts more professional .
you can use gaudy colors on colored hair but wearings ans skin would be better when you use not so gaudy colors .
background also .
and try to draw hair and tail without outlines that would be look real c;
