Oh, haha. My father is in the military. Haha, indeed. America can be very ignorant. If the government would realize that allowing under-aged drinking and drugs, it'd lower the rates of use. People do it to see if they can get away with it, most times.

Well I was thinking along the lines of the economy, public education, and corrupt politicians. Still, I do believe that the more the young are told not to do something the more they will, so yeah, I guess I agree with you.
