Personality: He is a very cheerful person. He likes to lightly tease people and sometimes it goes too far and he ends up hurting their feelings. Then he feels really guilty and his dog senses kick in so he gets clingy and very lovable up on that one person he upset. Once he makes you a friend, he's very protective of them. It's the dog thing~ He likes to make people smile and laugh. He also plays songs for those closer and special to him.
History: He was born in the Johto region but soon moved to Violet City in Hoen, after the death of his mother. He was only a few months when they relocated. He soon met Sybony, a few years older, when he first started school. He was a solemn and shy child, but Sybony helped him open up, despite being antisocial and shy, herself. Together the two were inseparable. Soon, Neph got into trouble with some gangs around the city. He wasn't in one but they picked him as a target. He was repeatedly hassled, yet told no one of what had happened. After one terrible incident, he told his parents he was going to Piyo Island, following Sybony, lying that she had asked him to. He told Sybony everything that had happened over the years and she went along with it. He's not very open about his past.
Other Information: Bisexual is the only thing I can really think of. He's not quiet about it either xDD
