Though I do have a few questions. First, how did you manage to get your wig/hair in that style? What did you use? Second, did you purchase the hat or did you modify an existing one? And if you did modify one, how did you do it?

Umm For the wig I get a normal brown one and spray it to make it stay spiked.. For the hat I bought a plain white one and painted the details with fabric paint~ I hope this helps >w<
