"One of the most common Pokemon of the Dakem region. Saluppy are found in shallow wetlands and streams. They are unusual in the fact that they exhibit dog-like behaviors, such as licking, wagging their tails, and following people; which is a little off-putting because their bodies are coated in a mucus-like film and their movements are pretty awkward and cumbersome when walking on land. They leave a trail of this mucus wherever they go, and it is highly conducive of electricity!"
