Perfectionist: Shigemi becomes easily enraged if a job is not done to her exact instructions
Arrogant: She believes she is better than many others that work in the Bath House, but doesnt outwardly show it... often
Giving: If you manage to get on her good side, she will do everything in her power to take care of you
Devoted: Shigemi takes a lot of pride in her job and does everything she can to make the garden absolutely perfect
Organized: Shigemi likes to plan weeks in advance for everything
Loving: If she cares about someone/something, like her Dirt Spiders, she will show it.

Mannerisms:
Will sometimes smack employees under her jurisdiction when she sees fit. Not hard enough to really hurt them, but enough to make sure they don't mess up again
Shigemi will idly spin webs when she is bored or anxious, making random shapes and objects
Shigemi is obsessed with keeping her hair perfect and will immediately hate anyone who messes it up even the slightest bit

Nature of Contract: Shigemi wound up in a lot of trouble after being caught illegally feeding off of humans. Working in the Bath House is a form of community service she must pay for her wrong doings.

History: Shigemi was born in Aokigahara, AKA The Suicide Forest. Many of her kind live in this forest where they can feed off of the people that come there to die. If a human wishes to die, the Jorogumo are allowed to feed off of them as much as they want, either absorbing their life force or directly drinking their blood.

Shigemi became bored of this and strayed from the forest. She began luring unsuspecting men into quiet shacks and distracting them by playing a Biwa. She then bound her victims in silk and fed off of them directly. Shigemi managed to get away with this for over 100 years before being caught. She was then sentenced to community service via working in the Bath House
