literally EVERY nation is built on those things. But, let me add two cents on the matter.
It was not a genocide. 90% of the natives died out from foreign diseases like small pox. there was no immunity and mortality was already low enough from the pilgrims. Add in the fact there was no immunity makes a recipe for disaster. There were battles and natives were killed, yes, I am not denying that, but to suggest it as a GENOCIDE is a little extreme.
Enslavement. For the record, we had a civil war to end that crap a WHILE ago. And then we followed it up by ending other stuff like indentured servitude and serfdom. And we even followed it up with a few civil rights acts in the 60s to end race segregation.
I for one would fall into the category of an oppressed race. But I am proud of the US because they have come together and fixed problems that other nations are turning ignorant eyes to. In my home country slavery is still at large, sexism is at large and many other horrid things that we've decided are wrong are still practiced there. While you're complaining about the past, it's still happening in my home country and many other third world countries. Either get off your complaining ass and help fix these places, or just sit on the sideline and let people like me whom are sad to see their people be so cruel do something about it.

How about Australia? The country in which colonization caused it's natives to have worse and poorer lives than the brits who came to it.
Oh what about Spain? The country who got rich in the 16th century by using another continent's people and silver to make themselves rich.
Oh yeah and Egypt! The ancient country who used conquered peoples from other nations to build their leaders tombs!
What about china? You know, that country who used slaves to build a landmark like egypt!
Get over it, almost every country was built on genocide and/or slavery. Every nation, past or present, has its fair share of evil. Rome, Greece, Japan, Siam, Inca, almost any nation. Get over your "righteous" america-hating self.
