A semi-quick sketch I made redesigning a new outfit for Oliver, my OC. His character and personality have been developing really well O_O Anyways, this is a more modern outfit for him that I really like, and of course I had to include a cape because capes are friggin awesome and in my world people sometimes wear capes and it's totally normal. So there.Also I have no idea what is written on his hoodie, it looks like A and then heartbeat scribbles. (I'm still working on it Dx)
