I believe this is the first Balto 2 base I've posted. Enjoy!I'm open to taking requests as long as the image is from Disneyscreencaps.com or from pridelands.eu/ . If your requesting one from Disneyscreencaps.com it needs to be from an animated movie(cause I can't do live action ) but you must know, I may not be able to turn the image into a base because of quality or it's to dark or to light, etc. So don't go getting your hopes up.

The base is free to use. No need to ask.
Use how ever you like.
You MUST keep the crediting on the picture.
You can use to make adopts but not for real money(Point adopts are fine).
