What did you type in on Google to get the spy textures? I tried to type Worldmof Winx Spy textures and resources but it doesn’t pop up

For the texure use a textile pattern and some water image ^^
For the withe effect make some lines with a brush you like, light blue put the settings on add and then duplicate and place the new layer beneath the old one.
Blur the new layer and put the settings on overlay, color anything you like just try something and then decide which you find the best looking one ^^
