Looks pretty good to me. The background lines (above/below sig, left area) help give it a better sense of dimension. Perhaps make the wide green lines more like side-to-side gradients, or more pronounced vertical gradients to make those also stand out? Also, consider doing something with the extra black space in the upper-left and lower-right (if it's a stand-alone thing, not a site banner or sig or something, that is)?
