"Greetings fellow strangers! I am Clockwerk, the greatest of the great geniuses of all the seas! Vegapunk? Pffft! An amateur! Vinsmoke Judge? Talk, talk, talk, talk. To make a long story short, I plan on becoming the Pirate King. *Looks over his check list* "Give introduction to new foes... check!"

Clockwerk is mad genius inventor, developing complex mechanical, steam powered robotics, and other devices, commonly base off numerous of animals, marine sea life, mammals, insects, and much more. He build and construct his own pirate crew from scratch rather then recruiting real living and breathing pirate crew.

He's the captain of the Clockwerk Pirates and like many other pirates set out the Grandline is to achieve his long-term goal for finding Gol D. Roger's treasure, the One Piece and become the new Pirate King himself one day rule the world with an iron fist.

But regardless of his magnificent skills and genius... he has three major drawback in his character.

His huge ego, his overconfidence, and has Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder such as likes things in perfection, like things in orderly fashion, tidy, keeping things clean and is a total germaphobe which he freaks out dramatically when he faces or in contact with anything germs, diseases, and filth such as dirt and mud.
