I really love Yanagi so I was reluctant in giving this name, but it means Willow. (Though I think she looks more like a bamboo)
So... maybe Takako? It is written in Bamboo and Child character (though it means she can be made fun of by callling her "Takenoko" which means bamboo shots.
Or... Renka, written in "bamboo screen" and "flower"? IDEK so many wonderful names.
