One of the few Zodiacs I design myself *SHOT*

[Name]Arcas- Deikark Ceist

[Age] Appears to be in his mid 20's

[Owner] None at the moment

[Bio]
Sagittarius is a special case in the Zodiac. With his precise aim an direct influence under Noctilucent- He is the only Celestial Spirit that is able to kill a human/creature and not have his contract revoked. He makes the other Celestial Spirits nervous when faced in battle. Some forfeit the match in order to spare their contractor a possible death while others face him with this risk- careful with their contractors location and Sagittarius's aim.

He doesn't kill every time there is a Celestial competition, some of his owners are humane enough to resist ordering him to kill. That said, he has in fact shot his own contractor through the heart once before....

He gets along best with Leo and Aries

His arrows are able to pierce through anything, be it metal, bones, flesh or non-celestial magic
Manipulation of heat- namely fire
Incredible strength- most often demonstrated in his handing off his weapon and the recoil given off by his fired arrows.The wind will rise //HIT//

He's faster than bullets
Heightened hearing and sight- used for locating target and hitting his mark

[Weaknesses]
His timeout period is much faster than the other celestials. Never will he spend over 1 hour on Earth. He will return to the celestial sphere. This varies slightly with Contract owner stamina (weaker ones will only be able to sustain him for mere minutes before he disappears)
Close range combat is awkward for him since he has the lug around a bow. He's more of a sniper. He's physically strong but that area of combat can use a LOT of refining.

-Owner dies/is killed
-Owner does something that is considered illegal and is jailed //He can do the killing on his owner's behalf and get away with it//
