Description Excerpt from the thoughts of Kage Kirkwood:

Sometimes, his presence has a way of making me feel really pathetic. It's really nothing he does or says that makes me feel that way... actually, he'd probably argue with me if I told him that. But once in a while, I'll start to say something, or reach over to him, and I just... don't. My tongue gets stuck to the roof of my mouth, or my hand just stops, like there's an invisible wall there. It's the difference between what's in my head and what I actually do that makes me feel pathetic. The funny thing is, nearly every time this happens, he seems to pick up on it and does whatever it was I couldn't bring myself to do. Like it's the most natural thing in the world. It makes me feel pretty ridiculous. But... I'm learning.

aw, poor Kage, and i agree with whats said above, everyone can relate to that, and he is an amazing example of someone who is held back and someone who needs that level of understand, but luckily he has Torin to be there for him!

Oh, that's why Kage's holding back...

Poor guy. I can relate to that. Affection can be such a hard thing to express most days. I used to flinch everytime people got too close. It's great that he's involved with someone that's understanding and intuitive enough to pick up on Kage's silent cues and carry out what Kage wants to do yet can not.

As for the pictuere itself, there's such a difference with colour added! I think mainly because a lot of warmth is added, and also some colour symbolism. Kage's side of the picture is blue-grey, whereas Torin's is a brown-red. You can see the colour beginning to creep up and around Kage, as well as the grey closest to Kage light up. It's very cool.

Terrific job, as usual.

I think it's a feeling just about everyone can relate to. It holds some of us back more than others, though...

And thanks! I'm having a lot of fun with colors lately, and symbolism, too. I'm glad that it conveys what I want it to. (They each definitely have their own color scheme...)

And a heartfelt thanks, as always.

Colour schemes are always awesome. >:3
All you're missing is the obligatory "LOL RAINBOW" picture of them and you're set!
