From Trump’s executive orders to the shooting in Quebec, it’s been an unsettling and heartbreaking week. But the response of folks in the United States, Canada, and the world has been so touching and inspirational, I don’t know what to do with myself. I was at the rally in Boston organized by CAIR this past Sunday, and I’ve been hearing a lot of amazing stories in the news; everyone’s overwhelming active support has left me speechless. God bless you all for going out of your way to fight for others and strive for peace.

The world is just going nuts, I don't know for you but for me I just find lately lots of negatives in the world. It's just beautiful, you did so well this drawing. My prayers are with the victims and their families.

Yes let's all be one in mutual respect, love, kindness and understanding towards one another. Let the voices of hate and ignorance form all its directions, ideologies, religion, race, cultures be drown out by the majority of us that just want peace in this world and make all the haters see their true self and how they really are in the mirror. Likewise as TheDragon21 states, it irks me too when I heard comments made by my fellow Muslim that degrades other races and religion and I have to speak up then to make them aware and realized what they just said. Something very beautiful happens when everyone gets together and support one another without regard to any race or religion. it forms an energy that creates love and understanding, caring for the sake of humanity and it transformed us in a good way within ourself to be a better human being. Yes, unfortunately, there are definitely Muslims who are guilty of the same blind discrimination against others. Ignorant people exist in every group, as do thoughtful people.

I agree with you, all the more reason that the voice of those that cares, are out there so that people will be made aware and realizes the importance of being kind; but it still baffles me to this day, when I see some Muslims behaving in such a way with blind discriminations. It's almost surreal like I'm not living on the right reality or planet. haha.. It makes me yearn for a more blissful era/society whereby people are more curious and open minded about others significant races, religion,cultural and traditions and can learn something good from one another. But if society have been saturated with ignorant individual, then I would rather be alone and concentrate on my own self and contemplations.

I am always willing to fight for the oppressed. I was especially disgusted when one of my friends said two vile comments about the Muslim people today.

Thank you so much for your passionate support on behalf of others. It's a tense time, and there's a lot of misinformation out there. I feel your pain. It's tough to know how to handle such situations. Escalating a confrontation usually ends badly. Attempting to inform gently and rationally sometimes does the trick, but sometimes it's best to back away from an argument.
