I love limited colour palettes! They almost always make a painting look more stylish. The silvery grey of her undergown seems to shine. I looks very silky, very beautiful. And the colour goes so well with theΒ ... well you state "pink" in your description ... toΒ me it looks more like a very elegant kind of red. Either way, I love this colour together with the grey.

I suppose the "pink" could also be called "raspberry red" as it is this particular hue. To me, pure reds have more yellow in them, and since this hue didn't have any yellow, it fell into the "pink" category. it could be also fuchsia. The ribbon definitely is pink.
And yes, limited colour palettes are quite awesome. Might do some more later.Β Β

Ah, yes "raspberry red" ist fantastic! I didn't even know how to call the colour in German so I couldn't look it up in the dictionary. It's a red with violet hues instead of yellow, you're right. I absolutely love this colour.
