Description Otherwise okay except I don't really like how the ermine fur came out. Need to work on that, figure out a way how to make it on LOTR...

Oh, and the hair...? Well, it sort of just happened along the way...

She's breathtaking! Same color combination like my Russian lady, so it seems - there is nothing above blue, right?
The beading is wonderful; you set each and every one precisely like in "Empress of Endellion". And since I am at your other creations - is this one meant to be counterpart to the "Red Queen of Throndell"?
Her hairstyle is unusual, but fits her totally. And I don't really see your problem with the ermine fur which looks superb to me. How did you get the shape of the spots? And then there is this wide skirt shape I simply cannot recreate and I always fall in love with again...
Absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks for the lovely long comment!!!

First off, no, she's not a counterpart for the Red Queen. I just really wanted to make a blue regal gown and in my view red and blue don't really mix well together (some shades can but since this gown feels "benevolent" and the Red Queen is "malevolent", I didn't want to put these together, hence the "white queen"). And yes, THERE IS NOTHING ABOVE AND BEYOND BLUE!!!     The darker the better (for me, that is).

Placing those beads is a pain in the b*tt! But, I suppose it's all worth the pain...

As for the ermine, I used the tiny hairpieces with the golden bead (?) attached and just covered the golden bead after placing them on the fur. Have to work on that. I don't think the end result looks exactly as what it's supposed to be, but maybe one day I'll get there.

Now that you mention it, I might redo my "Empress of Endellion". I always liked the dark blue and gold she's wearing... Maybe something in a rococo style...? "flies off to inspiration-land"...

Oh, I knew I was right about the way you've done the black fur!
It seems to me possible to use little black dots and bars to recreate it properly. Since the black parts are really ends of ermines' tails, they are more elongate (not diamond-shaped as the hairpiece you used). And yet there is drop shadow of whole tail at underlaying fur.
