Backstory:

What many catalog as a simple teenager, is generating large fires in different parts of the city, a detective is totally obsessed with the search and only tries to catch the offender who is generating such acts.
One night he encounters a crime scene where he can meet face to face with the pyromaniac girl, of course they can not have a great conversation before the girl starts attacking him accompanied by a maniacal laughter.
After generating a couple of explotions the girl escapes and the detective is seriously injured.
