just a random question but, what do you use for inking? it doesn't look black enough to be marker pen (unless the editing makes it different) and i can tell it's not coloured pencils, so itis something else?
that aside, you can definitely tell that things are about to get heated soon (despite them living in the cold haha)

I use pigment liner! They're waterproof so they work well with watercolors.
