Description of blessings and Annie:
This curious Annie possesses the blessings of the Longfin Angelfish, Swimming Sea Snail, and is adorned with blessings of the Bull Kelp.
Their fluttering translucent apparel resembles wings flapping as they tiptoe from place to place, ever watchful.
They much prefer tranquil, warm climates to more chaotic situations. Their transient nature is offset by the blessing of the bull kelp, which gives them great resilience in the face of danger.
This Annie avoids being in the limelight and prefers a life of quietude in which they can act freely as they please.

I get the feeling that, though this one doesn't like too much chaos or conflict, they're probably very powerful. Has an almost.... angel-like look, in the sense of being a creature of raw divine power. I see.... the same kind of beauty as an exploding star, almost. I wish I had money for this.
