Character is Komari Kamikita from little busters. She has such an interesting personality and her design is nice too, i really like her but my favorite female character from little busters will forever be Kurugaya hsduhw. ahem anyway, the anime is both amazing and funny, it is also somehow melancholic at the same time(my ideal type of anime uwu), if you haven't watched it yet I totally recommend it.
