Oooo! This is lovely! It reminds me of 'The Little Mermaid' or Atlantis- the sea blue and green shades are gorgeous and I love the Grecian pillars and arches- your use of light and shade on them is excellent! The bright green and yellow weeds make for interesting and original highlights- well done!
