Ya Welcome.
So do you use a certain Model for each gender as a Reference for future Creations or is there an other reason?

I've seen quite a few 3D works from you, and not a single hand-drawn picture...care to try one?

Some of us have an eye for beauty, and an inability to produce it with normal art tools. I know I can't draw, I can't even hold a pencil in my primary hand anymore after the nerve damaged caused from breaking my neck in 4 places a couple years ago. Not at least without suffering unbelievable pain.

I do not think that the tools we use to produce our works should be used against us. Did you MAKE your pencil yourself, your paper? If not then you didn't create YOUR tools either.

It's not the tools that create a piece of art, it's the mind and imagination and eye of the artist, and I've always found yangzeninja's to be excellent.

I wasn't commanding him to permanently deviate from the 3D art style...I was only asking him to try doing something in 2D...he doesn't have to do it if he doesn't want to, I was just suggesting he try something in 2D. If I had a 3D imaging tool, I might try it out myself.

But you are right about the materials bit...it's just that my mom and dad, being artists, have taught me to try all sorts of media. In my case, I'm a bit comfortable with my own tools myself, which are markers and or color pencils, graphite pencils, printer paper, and black heavy inks.

So please don't take it the wrong way, I just wanted to see him try something in 2D for once...and I will reiterate that he does not have to do it, as I believe my exact words were, "care to try one?", and I place extra emphasis on 'care'. And please forgive if this sounds like a rant, but it sounded like you were chastising me.

Sure thing. I wasn't intending to sound furious or anything, but us 3D people do take a lot of flak about our stuff not being "art" because we don't produce every little bit of the piece by hand. What is amusing is that the worst offenders on this are usually people who produce NOTHING artistic at all. Their personal galleries are entirely empty.

Me personally, I love any form of art that catches my imagination, no matter the method produced.

Browsing through your gallery, I find a variety of very cool drawings. Bravo!
