First of all, i think the colors, shading, and inking is very well done. The lighting is nice and i extremely enjoy the colors. I also love the easily identified focus point.
One thing is have to point out is that the arms are too short. The elbow should be about down to the waist. Also the hood at the neck is hard to identify as a hood. What would help is to put more shape into the hood to show gravity. The shoulders are also different shaped. Something you could do is use an anatomy reference to help proportional mistakes. They're a common mistake in artists.
Overall, I still love this piece. I see a lot of potential i you as an artist. Your, work is already great. You can only go up from here!

I really like this artwork. I love the colors you picked, the shading, and I love how cute it is. The line work is good as well. What I think can be worked on is the legs. The one closest to the screen is bent a bit weirdly at the knee, and the upper thighs for both of them is thinner then the rest of the leg. I suggest looking at some leg references or to work on some anatomy, however the only thing I would say to really look at is how the thighs look and how the knee is supposed to bend.
