Description This little beauty was built by my good friend Chris Longo. Under the hood is a Rover V8 that packs a punch. The Sebring has about 280 bhp and 260 lbs. of torque pumpingout of it's 4.8 liter V8! The Sebring did the quarter mile in high 13's low 14's! This car was a real labor of love for Chris who with his dad and his brother have done many ground up restorations of MGBs, MG GTs. Midgets and a few Triumphs and Jags. Chris tells me he is in the process of building another MGB with a 5.7 liter V8, 375 bhp, 385 lbs. of torque! His meticulous eye for details and sense of style shine through on every car he touches. Don't touch the car, he's pack'n a Colt 1911!

Thanks John! My friend Chris just sold the car, but he's building another one that will be even batter! Those fender flares were actually made for the hard top GT model and Chris had to alter them radically to make them fit. -YD

I like how you've been playing with cars lately, Don. The MG and MGB's have always been cool little cars. I'd love to take one for a spin some day. (but I'll leave this one be. I don't need to shake hands with Mr. 1911)

Thanks Bruce! I'm sure Chris would let you take the Sebring for a spin, in fact I'm sure you two would become fast friends, he's real big into BMWs now and has a couple of them, one of them is a roadster and the other is the coupe version. I think the Sebring is for sale! -YD

Don't tempt me, Don. I already have 2 vehicles, and I can't afford another one. As much as I might want to....

This is really magnificent!
The car is really neat, but the thing I liked most here was the letters!

That's a sweet car Don. As you may know, I enjoy illustrating cars, but I really love looking at stuff others have done just as much!

Thanks Jim! I just started getting into it, I really have a lot to learn about highlights and chrome and such, but it's fun and not nearly as much work as drawing a plane or a train.
