So here is the creature version of Vaelar from above. While cleansing the tainted temple of his goddess Dimmit, Vaelar was infected by the "blightborn fever" disease left by the evil priests that defiled the place.
The ghoul monster in general is described like this: "This humanoid creature has long sharp claws and teeth, and it's dried out and cracked flesh seeps dust and sand". This guy should make normal zombies and ghouls look "nice" in comparison.
