This is youthful woman (late teens/early twenties) with black hair. She is wearing a ragged, torn, blackened, and burned red dress. She wears singed red ballerina style shoes on her feat She "floats" a few feet of the ground, and her feet are chained together with thick links. This chain is then bolted to the ground (preventing her from "flying away" so to speak) She is completely immolated in flames. Her head is tiled back, mouth open wide, as if she is screaming like a banshee. Her eyes are white open, but they have no color, just white hot light. Her hands are outstretched, in palm-up "claw" positions, with balls of unnatural fire in them.
