By the end of the month, I would have gone one whole year without traveling outside the country! Oh how sad! And I ran across this picture taken a couple years ago when I went to Beijing with my then coworker Susan.This was taken in one of the guard posts at the Great Wall of China. Fun times. Can't wait to travel again ^^

OH I MISS MY RED HAIR! But I don't miss the maintenance it required =_= I shall stick with black!

I watched a documentary on the great wall Oo Apparently when people died while building it they just stuck the bodies in the wall. Though when they were showing that part of the wall it was really just like a giant dirt wall, not the bricks in your piccy. Oh what I'd give to travel and see china<3 Must've been breath taking!

China was great! Although I do have to say that some of their sites sadly feel too commercialized. When I saw sites in Japan, even when there were tourists it still felt magical and like stepping back in time, but in China I didn't feel that. It was the way they treated their sites, I think
Still, China was a lot of fun!

My boyfriend and I wanna go to Ireland and see some of the castles and I want to see the faery hills. I know the fae are supposed to be mischievious and CAN be evil. But it doesn't make the idea of visiting those areas any less magical in thought.
Didn't think Japan would feel so magical w/ how advanced everything is now, but I want to see it now.<3

I got red streaks in my hair, my hair grows fast too so I have to keep redying it every few months. xD

I got like this really potent hair dye so I wouldn't have to dye it as often. I have to redye mine soon though cause the color's starting to fade pretty bad.

I dyed my hair for almost 15 years before getting tired of the upkeep. It's been various blacks (some mixed with red bases, some with blue, some with purple), unnatural reds, natural reds, blues, purples, I had it silver once, and managed to get white for awhile. My wife always, ALWAYS hated the bright colors; said I looked like a "tropical fish".
Now it's just a mop of dirty blond. You can still see the last attempt at dying it a 'natural' color in the bottom 6 inches, which gives me this weird gradient effect of the dirty blond at the top that gets progressively lighter and lighter on down to the overbleached ends.
...I should get it cut, really.

Oh wow, that's amazing! I love old ruins like that - I was going nuts when we went to an old castle in Wales, hah.
But there's always a part of y' that's worried something will fall on your head. xD
