Really nice job with the lighting. Just wondering what software you used to make this? I mean I use Gimp, only started recently still getting the ropes and stuff with stickmen lol

I used Adobe Photoshop Cs5 mainly because I like all of the options that it provides me with. I have used Corel painter but I'm not very fond of the loading time.
