Man, how do I explain this one?
It started on vegeta's big hair & if there were a hat big enough to fit his head. Well, it turns out there really is & thus the result of this drawing. I think vegeta looks adorable, but the hat's gotta go. lol 
Of course after I finished drawing vegeta disintergrated all evidence of the ugly hat so...that's the end of that. P.S. I hate fingers.

Great technique here. Love how his hair is 'compressed' under the hat and the look on his face. You did pretty good with the fingers though.
