I should be sleeping right now considering I have to go to work in a few hours. But here I am coloring away in my pc.
I used heavy anatomy reference for vegeta's muscles though I "tried" to keep it dbz-ish minus the coloring. I also looked up a tutorial for coloring some parts of the water. I would reference it if only i knew where in the world i got it from. Some I figured out on my own experimenting, messing around. Done in Photoshop CS2
