Description
Cover art for an upcoming game called Abandoned by Black Lion Media.The games takes place in an Insane Asylum, you play as a Government Agent, trying to find your colleague to make sure he doesn't spill anything about the agency. And before you know it the Agency was shut down leaving you in the asylum. You have to survive the inmates and your own saneness to have the courage to keep going.
Maya was used for scene setup, ZBrush for sculpting, Bodypaint and photoshop for texturing, Shave for hairs, mental ray for rendering. composition was also done in photoshop and my mouse!

Good work. Overall a bit dark but ok. Could have worked a bit more on the clothes since the look too "clean" in shape. The jacket and the vest could have had more wrinkles and stuff like that. And his hands look a bit strange in color and shape. (maybe bones and wrinkles aswell) The bat looks great and the general mood is cool. Maybe a SSS-shader on his face/ skin would have made a better look. But still great. Nice to see a new work from you!

well a noticeable chunk of it was dead time and often i get too meticulous on certain parts that are completely unnecessary >.< . hehe i'm well-known for patience among my friends, lol.
