A thing I did for a chapter of a fanfiction I wrote. I expanded on the white stag we saw briefly in the DoS, and gave him a name, Snowface Moneda, or 'one who warns.' The Men of old called him the disaster-bearer, as whenever he appeared, desolation would follow in his wake.

Holy cow, I can't do trees. That unrecognizable green thing is supposed to be Mirkwood, with the Lonely Mountain in the distance. I rather like how the elk came out, though.
