I must have a thing for sad stories, because See It Swimming mad me want to cry, no matter how many times I've read it. Inspired by that faction coupled with feeling completely detached from the world for a day, I drew Gamzee being killed by his beloved son...only I used my own fangrub, Chasee, for this picture, and my backstory for this scene is pretty different. Still, patricide takes place and the ideas are practically the same.
Mad World seemed like a good song to listen to while I drew this...so was Volatile Times...I just learned about the cover by Adam Lambert a few minutes ago, so you know...
Shut up...
I just wanted this creepy. Maybe I should have posted this on Halloween, eh?
