Great work! You did a fine job on one, if not the best, but least recognized, villains out of the entire Yu-Gi-Oh! series.
By the way, what sort of program is Echa anyway; is it like Photoshop, or something similar...?

To me, Waking the dragons was by far the best season and I am glad the majority of the previous comments agree...I just don't understand why there are so many out there who still see otherwise...I mean, come on, Dartz, the Orichalcos, Real Duel Monsters, Your very soul on the line, the most screen-time for Dark Magician Girl...
I can't see what there is not to like/love.

Now if only FUNimation/4Kids or whoever is dealing with the DVDs would get their act together and finish putting the 4th season onto DVD

I agree. For me, too, The Legend of Orichalcos a.k.a. Waking The Dragons was the best season in DM. New villains including Dartz were really attractive! I think It also adopted an apocalyptic story line for the first time in all YGO series combined... it was pretty interesting and enjoyable.

I go to the link and even though I have Google Chrome, which translates the page, the area where it looks like you are supposed to log in (either that or it's a search bar) is just a bung of squares/unreadable symbols.

Actually, the tool is not what you said. I used 'Echa', which is far simpler than MS Paint. It's a little hard to say which is better; each has some features that the other doesn't have. I recommend that you try both to learn what is the same and what is different.
