Our very FIRST finished partial!
*We had a problem with the right eye developing a bubble; we pinpointed the problem to E6000 glue (which we are never using again) and glued together a new eye using a different method. We eventually ended up replacing both eyes to make them symmetrical and to fix a small problem with positioning.
We went through a lot of trial and error to make sure we had a durable yet presentable final costume; we redid many parts of this partial several times in order to "get it right" when it did not meet our standards. We now have a reliable process for constructing our costumes
We will be officially opening up a limited number of slots for head and partial commissions tomorrow so please keep an eye out!

Not a problem! We'll be back in design school in mid-September, hence the early completion dates for our first round of slots. Our school is extremely demanding in terms of workload so we don't think we'll be able to open during fall.

I'd like to get a better head than my current one for Eddie Bear. (lots of pics in my gallery) I'd like one with more expression and a moveable job. Is this something you'd like to tackle?

Well, our current openings are for anything that would be built off of one of our feline or canine resin bases. A custom base would require a lot more time and money.. we're looking to complete this round of commissions before September. :/ We have a semi-realistic style for our costumes as well; based on your pictures, it seems like you are looking for something toony?

Yes, well, sortof a cross between a stuffed animal and a tooney with a moveable jaw.. Not your style, but I thought I'd ask before I dove in and tackled it myself. My next appearance doesn't look like it will be until the end of September, so I have the time to make it, just not confident of my skills.
My current head was made as a Halloween costume (limited use), and I hadn't expected things to take off the way they have, and even though the fur is sewn, the foam underneath is starting to come apart, hence the need for a new head. There's also the desire to add expression to the face.

Down the road I will be looking to get a semi-realistic partial done of a K9, probably about when you may open up again for comissions in December..
