Her Oc Of Arkansas, This awesome cut girl I used an Arkansas Landscape for the background.
Her nama is Isabelle but you could call her Belle.

Personality and Interest:
Belle's a very energetic and passionate girl who loves the outdoors. She's very happy go lucky and talkative, thus she easily make friends. She's very friendly, almost a little too friendly to where some might say she's a flirt, but also, Belle can get real anger a little too quickly and is not the best person to be around at times. Belle is kind of tomboyish and tougher than most would think. She never wants to show weakness and wants to make sure people don't think of her as weak. Because of this, Belle will not ask for help even if she needs it. She also refuses cry no matter how sad she is, though it get really hard for her not to cry at times. She cares very much for her friends and family and will do anything to help or protect them to a point were it's reckless.

Known as the Natural State, Belle is most likely outside roaming the forest, attending her tomato garden or digging for diamonds. Belle is amazing in track and field and is quite limber and flexible. Belle also excels at art even though she always denies that she even draws, but most people only see Belle as a "tomboyish loud mouth hill billy with bad grammar. Belle doesn't too much mind being called a tomboy or hill billy but she claims she speaks "proper" English. Belle has a love of tomatoes and has a huge tomato farm. She also very much likes rice and soybeans.

Brief History:
Belle was a Quapaw Indian until she was discovered by Spain. Though at first he was quite cruel to her, Belle was always cheerful towards him, eventually winning his favor. Spain and Belle became very close. Arkansas often consider's him as her father. He introduce her to tomatoes and taught her how to plant them. France later gains control of Arkansas along with a lot other states (The Louisiana Purchase) and Arkansas leaves Spain's house, though she was aloud to visit every now or then. Belle and France got along very well and spent a lot of time together. After the Seven year war, Belle was sold to America and had to leave France.

Quirks/Additional Info:
~Belle has an wavy ahoge (hair curl) that juts out the the right side of her head that represents the Mississippi River. Her ahoge is a erogenous zone if it's stoked a certain way.
~Belle has a pet mocking bird named May.
~The red ribbon she wears was given to her by Spain when she younger.
~When angered or frustrated she used the word "asshat." (Example of way of her using asshat when anger: "Your'e such a freaking asshat!" or "Leave me alone asshat!" Example of her using asshat when frustrated: Person: You know if you dont turn that in by tomorrow, it'll be a zero." Belle: "Asshat!")
~Because of Native American ancestry, Belle can see supernatural things and do some magic. (Native Americans were very spiritual and did lots of old magic.)
~Belle is terrified of razorbacks (and pigs in general). She claims she was always chased by them when she was younger, so now she despises pigs and happily eats pork as revenge.
~Belle has family complex. When she was a Quapaw Indian, she had no family and was always alone. This is the reason why Belle calls Spain and France her "fathers" and America her brother. They're the family she never had.
~ Belle must have soy milk every morning or she'll be really grouchy and violent.
~ Belle has a small mole on her left breast that represents Mt. Magazine.
