Description 225 million years from now, the marine fauna will be composed of different animals. One of them is Gojirasaura nipponicus a large descendant of modern skinks that has adapted to life in the waters of the ocean. It is 11 meters long, and is perfectly adapted for a streamlined motion in the water, as well as a columnal terrestrial move when it comes to land. It is one of the only animals ever, with this size, that has adapted for both a life in the pelagic waters as well as life very close to inland. It has a long tail to propulse this large reptile along the water, and its legs also help this animal propel itself. On land, the large columnal back legs give this animal a bipedal pose, resembling that of the fictional monster Godzilla, hence the name. Strong and stubby jaws used to kill off any prey, and a row of large plates and spikes on its back just reinforce the nomenclature chosen for this sea monster.
