Lev was the Clapper that didn't clap, and he is the first.

Technically Lev didn't have the chance to clap with Mai and Blaine because he was held back by people and he made it to the chop shop just as Connor was entering it and decided that he couldn't let Connor go in there when Mai and Blaine were ready to blow it sky high.
