Ampere's vampiric transformation

(I put lots of effort into this- I'm not sure if the shading looks that well after all but I do like the results a lot!) And yeah, decided to turn that one sketch into digital art

His main abilities (in this mode) consist of self-amputation to injure the foe (the substances in his body are highly toxic) & regeneration, shockwaves that actually drain more energy/electricity, manipulating oil and he even is a carrier of a certain virus .. and haha maybe I should explain all that another time (without context it may sound like a disaster! )
