This is so cute! You did a really nice work, I like it a lot! I've always had a thing for the paperdolls/paperworks aesthethic and I wanted to do something similar myself, moreover your style is really adorable! So this immediately caught my eye, in a positive way 
The pose is cute and I think it suits well the kind of effect you were trying to achieve! The patterns you picked are very nice and go well together, I like how you combined them: the shirt looks lovely, but I adore the fact you used a different pattern for the front and back folds of the skirt! It's such an original choice, it looks so good! I see you used a darker pattern compared to the rest of the skin for the part that are supposed to be shaded and that's so cool! A really good idea, I don't think I've seen any other crafts doing it! The thing is that it's really hard to notice, you should have darkened it a bit more! The same goes for the shadows between one "paper" section and the other: adding them adds realism, but they're too light and hardly visible! I'd suggest making them thinner, but darker!
