why dc's version of morgan le fay needed a mask in justice league/ justice league unlimited is beyond me

The DC version of Morgan needs her golden armor to protect her weak body. Even though she is immortal, she does not have eternal youth. She has to steal youth from others to maintain her own beauty. The Marvel Comics version of her doesn't have this problem.
