Hi ChibiXai long time no see. Its kind of hard to explain like this but try getting used to thinking of your characters as 3D objects and block them out before you detail the drawing (I'm guessing that you can draw the basic cube sphere, cone, cylinder in 3D in saying this?) the more you practice the easier it will be as you ebd up drawing the same shapes over and over.

I have very little depth perception x.x; things all look pretty flatish to me, but perhaps when I start working with 3D characters in Maya, I will visually learn the depths
